1. CANCELLATION POLICY
1.1 Cancellations made up 15 days prior to arrival date, 10% of the total of the stay will be charged
1.2 In case of cancellation made between 15 days and 48H before arrival, 50% of the booked value will be charged
1.3 Cancellations with less then 48H, or No-Shows 100% of the full stay will be charged
1.4 In case of interruption of the stay, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation
1.5 The contract is established between the Hotel and the Guest
